We often go to kayak fishing for Japanese Sea bass to Tokyo bay. But we can Sea bass fishing from river bank if you want to go quick fishing at evening.
There is the lower reaches of Tamagawa that is close to Shibuya, famous shopping and culture spot in Tokyo.
